Our primary responsibility to our healthcare clients is to ensure that all of our collection efforts on their behalf are HIPAA Compliant.

We currently handle Medical Collections for over 300 Healthcare clients. Our collectors are continually educated on HIPAA Compliance, as well as the constantly changing healthcare rules. Our staff possess a strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid filing requirements, automobile liability claims, medical lien knowledge and private healthcare claim filing process. This experience, along with our claim tracking, claim follow-up, and EOB reconciliation procedures, offers our clients an active extension to their own collection efforts.
